To cancel your order please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchasing, as our warehouse ensure orders are dispatched in this time frame.
If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange as per your request on receipt.
Any item(s) that have been purchased on sale or with a discount voucher can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Belvoir&Co has the right to refuse any improper returns when then item(s) are not sent back in the original condition or deemed 'Non Faulty'. You will be notified of this via email or phone call when necessary.
BLACK FRIDAY RETURNS POLICY (23/11 - 30/11)
Any item purchased during the Black Friday Campaign can only be returned for an exchange or gift card. If you have received any item(s) that is faulty, please contact customer services via email email@example.com and include a photo of the fault. We can then issue a refund on this for you upon receiving the return.
Belvoir&Co does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return an item(s).
The item (s) is your responsibility until it reaches us (International Returns, please ensure to put "RETURN" on the package). For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Any item(s) that has been received faulty, has to be returned at the cost of the customer which we will then reimburse the original shipping cost to you.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please allow up to 7-10 Working Days for the refund to be credited to your payment method.
I haven't Received my order:
If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
I received the wrong item:
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Returns due to Incorrect Address or Unpaid Customs Duty:
Any order(s) that are returned from the courier due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be sent an email for the shipping fee to be repaid. If this isn't repaid within 14 days a Gift Card for the value of the order will be issued.
Any order(s) that are returned due to Unpaid Customs Taxes, will be given a gift card for the value of the original order (minus shipping). The customer will be emailed regarding this and can then use the Gift Card to re-order again.
