Eligible products

All items marked with the BOGO badge qualify for the Buy One, Get One Free offer. This includes selected Sunglasses and Anti-Blue Light frames. Apparel and accessories are excluded.

The discount does not apply to the prescription value, but your second frame will always be free.

We offer free standard tracked shipping on all eligible orders. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. After dispatch, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method and are provided as estimates only, excluding weekends, holidays, and any potential customs delays.

Prescription eyewear is made to order and requires approximately 14–21 business days for production and quality checks before shipping. Pre-order and wholesale items may take up to 28 days to dispatch. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped in full once all items are ready.

All orders are shipped using fully tracked services via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, or DHL Express, and tracking details will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to release your shipment.

Please note that orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed, and returned shipments due to incorrect address details or unpaid customs fees may incur reshipping or handling charges.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 10% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns.
Faulty items must be reported within 14 days.

We stand behind the quality of our eyewear.

All Belvoir&Co frames are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing or craftsmanship defects. If a defect is confirmed within this period, we will provide a replacement frame at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover:

• Scratches to lenses
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs
• Issues related to prescription lenses

This warranty applies to the frame only and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
