Withdrawal form

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Withdrawal cancels the contract and you are refunded in full: if your order has not been fulfilled yet, it will not be sent; if you have already received it, you return the goods to us. Items made to your individual specification, such as prescription lenses, are excluded from this right, as indicated at the time of your order.
