Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. After dispatch, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method and are provided as estimates only, excluding weekends, holidays, and any potential customs delays.

Prescription eyewear is made to order and requires approximately 14–21 business days for production and quality checks before shipping. Pre-order and wholesale items may take up to 28 days to dispatch. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped in full once all items are ready.

All orders are shipped using fully tracked services via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, or DHL Express, and tracking details will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to release your shipment.
